IPPBX Zoho Integration: A Step-by-Step Guide for Integrating Zoho CRM with PBX

Step 1: Login into SanIPPBX

1. Go to uat.sansoftwares.com and log in. 2. Now, on the left sidebar, click on the “PBX Settings” module, then on the “Zoho user” link. zoho crm,

Step 2: Mapping SanIPPBX users with Zoho CRM users

1. Now to get all users of Zoho CRM. Click On “Get User List” on the left side
2. Next we will map the Zoho User to Extension Number by clicking on blue “Edit” Button.
3. After clicking on the “Edit” button, you can select the extension from the drop down and then click on the “Update” button.
