This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of TeamInspector, a cloud-based WhatsApp monitoring and analytics solution developed by SAN Softwares Pvt. Ltd. (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering for, accessing, or using TeamInspector (“Software” or “Service”), you (“End User”, “Licensee”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1.1 The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the TeamInspector cloud platform through the internet for your internal business operations only.
1.2 The Software is cloud-based and hosted by SAN Softwares Pvt. Ltd. You are granted access via secure credentials. No installation, source code access, or local deployment is permitted.
1.3 You may allow authorized employees or team members to access the Software according to your purchased subscription plan.
2.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to TeamInspector—including all software, algorithms, databases, user interfaces, documentation, and trademarks—remain the exclusive property of SAN Softwares Pvt. Ltd.
2.2 This Agreement does not convey any ownership or intellectual property rights. You are granted only a limited right to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
You agree that you shall not:
• Attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means or bypass security controls.
• Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Use the Service for unlawful activities, spamming, or unauthorized surveillance.
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
The Software must be used only for legitimate business monitoring purposes where all necessary legal consents have been obtained.
4.1 The Software processes WhatsApp chat data (messages, media, timestamps) from accounts connected through approved channels.
4.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you collect, monitor, or store complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
4.3 We may collect limited diagnostic and analytical data (such as login activity, usage frequency, performance metrics) to improve Service quality.
4.4 The Licensor maintains appropriate data security controls and safeguards to protect customer data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute data security in cloud environments.
4.5 Data retention periods are as follows:
• Free accounts: up to 1 month
• Paid accounts: up to 6 months or as per your subscription plan
After expiration or termination, data will be deleted permanently unless legally required to retain it.
4.6 The processing and protection of data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
5.1 Access to TeamInspector is provided through subscription-based plans available on our website or marketplace.
5.2 Fees are payable in advance as per the billing cycle (monthly/annually).
5.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled as per policy.
5.4 Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of your account.
5.5 Refunds are handled according to the refund policy published on our website.
6.1 We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our cloud services, excluding planned maintenance or events beyond our control.
6.2 Support services are provided via email or live chat during business hours, depending on your plan level.
6.3 Updates and new features may be rolled out automatically without prior notice.
7.1 This Agreement remains in effect while your subscription is active.
7.2 We may suspend or terminate your access if:
• You violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
• You engage in misuse or unauthorized sharing of the platform.
• Non-payment or fraudulent activity occurs.
7.3 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement cease immediately, and access to your account will be revoked.
Data may remain accessible for a short period for export before permanent deletion.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SAN Softwares disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted,
• All data transmissions will be secure, or
• The Service will meet all of your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• SAN Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business.
• Our total cumulative liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAN Softwares Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees from any claim, damage, liability, or expense arising from:
• Your misuse of the Software,
• Your breach of this Agreement, or
• Any data privacy or compliance violations related to monitored accounts.
You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws related to:
• Data protection and privacy
• Employee or third-party monitoring consent
SAN Softwares assumes no responsibility for your legal obligations arising from misuse of monitoring features.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana, India.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be published on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
