The Premium Plan, at ₹1849 per user (minimum 5 users), adds advanced integrations like WhatsApp, social media, third-party CRM, and branding options. The Pro Plan, at ₹2099 per user (minimum 10 users), includes all Premium features along with agent WhatsApp monitoring. For larger businesses, the Enterprise Plan offers custom pricing for more than 20 users, providing additional features like video calling and on-premises setup.
If you need to add more than 6 agents for SanCCS in the Pro Plan, you can do so for an additional charge. Each additional agent costs ₹2099/User.
The trial account is valid for 7 days and comes with 2 users maximum. After the trial period, you can convert your account to full by making a payment via credit card, debit card, or net banking.
For Indian clients, payments are accepted in INR (Indian Rupees). For international clients, the standard currency accepted is US dollars.
